A fault call was logged for a M4000 drive generating error messages and not spinning up correctly.  Our engineer attended site within the Service Level Agreed and established which disk was suffering errors and replaced it from our local stocks.  Tests were then run to ensure the replacement drive had addressed the fault and no other error messages were appearing.

Steve G of Capita Insurance & Investment Services responded to a follow up survey saying the response was “very prompt and professionally handled”.  The “situation was diagnosed promptly, parts sourced locally and replaced promptly”.  Overall he was “very satisfied” with the solution.
