Amtec Computer Corporation Limited and Amtec Computer Services Ltd., in response to GDPR, would like to explain how we use your personal data and the information we collect from you as a result of any form of media or medium you use to interact with us. This information in collect in various ways including, in and outbound telephone calls, in and outboard emails, use of our website, face to face meetings and interactions.
We use this information to assist us in running our business and accurately identifying customers and selecting potential products for them. This can include product marketing, advise, selection and supply, any administrative processes including invoicing, statements, service notifications, holiday notifications, legislative activities, employer activities, data protection activities etc.
In meeting our legal obligations we believe the above activities are justified requirements to enable us to run an effective business and meet our obligations to our customers and potential customers and suppliers and potential suppliers.

Your name, email address, work address, office and mobile telephone numbers, your position within your organization, up to six years of documented history of our interactions with you, including emails, quotes, and notes of telephone conversations.
Customer, potential customers, suppliers and potential suppliers information is held on CRM Software and secured on Hard Disk at our office premises which we make efforts to protect electronically and for which only Amtec staff have access. Information is not shared, sold, rented or taken off site and would never be shared, unless we were required to do so by law, or in the course of delivering services that you have contracted us to provide. These may include engineers, couriers, hardware vendors and accountants, in which case we provide the minimum data required to complete the task. We retain the data as long as is reasonable based on the volume of interactions that we share with you and all data can be removed from our database within 72 hours of request. If you are a current or former employee we are also likely to retain paper records of any applications, training, or other paper communications and we will retain this information for six years from your leaving date.
GDPR provides you with certain rights in relation to the storage, retention and processing of your personal data, these rights are:
